Because friendship is personal, friend matches can't be guaranteed. But we always stand behind the experience itself, and make sure you're taken care of.
That's why our Eventbrite listings carry a no-refund notice: attending an evening and not making a friend match isn't grounds for a refund. The notice doesn't limit this guarantee. If we cancel or reschedule, there's no need to request a refund through Eventbrite. Email info@mycheekysocial.com and we refund you directly.
The guarantee, simply

Event cancelled or rescheduled
If we cancel an evening, or reschedule it and you'd rather not attend the new date, request a full refund. We take care of it directly, simple as that.

Plans change
Whether you give us five days' notice or five seconds, your ticket never expires. No penalties, no pressure. Use it for any future MyCheekySocial evening, whenever you're ready.

Something comes up
Life doesn't always give notice. If it happens, just let us know, and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
What changed in April 2026
Refunds, not just credit.
Across the Constellation, cancelled or rescheduled evenings used to become credit toward a future evening. Since April 2026, you can choose a full refund instead, requested directly from us. Your ticket for your own change of plans still never expires.

MyCheekySocial is part of the Constellation, a group of in-person brands for dating, friendship and networking. The same guarantee backs the evenings of MyCheekySocial, MyCheekyDate, Relish, TheCitySet, Fancy-A-Go and NetworkNite.

No multiple contacts. No back and forth. Reach us and we'll handle it, including refunds.
Beyond the guarantee
Smart-Card matching & guest trust.
MyCheekySocial evenings are supported by our Smart-Card system, which lets guests privately select who they'd like to see again after an evening. Your picks are never shown to anyone, and details are shared only when two guests choose each other.
The Smart-Card also helps us understand where real connections happen across our evenings: who enjoys meeting whom, and which guests bring warmth to the room. That shapes how we plan future evenings, who we invite into the MyCheekySocial Circle, and invitations to social events, activity outings and networking evenings across the Constellation.
